wanted: 99 masterballs in emerald

is there anyway for me to get 99 masterballs in emerald WITHOUT gameshark or action replay? someone please reply. also, can you trade items in emerald?
 
You can clone.


1. Go to the Battle Tower in the Battle Frontier.
2. Go to the PC in the battle tower and put the Pokémon that you want to clone in a box and make sure there is no other Pokémon in the box.
3. Exit the box and save the game.
4. Withdraw the Pokémon.
5. Talk to the link battle lady.
6. Say open level then put your Pokémon in, but don't choose the Pokémon you wish to clone. There will be a two second pause. Don't turn the game off during the pause! That's when the Pokémon is being cloned. When the lady says Would you like to save after the pause turn the game boy off.
7. Turn your game back on and look in the box you put your Pokémon in. It's cloned!
