Title says it all I really want either one or both if possible xD
But if someone just happened to have one with dark pulse that was shiny just lying around even though the chances of that being extremely slim again it would be greatly appreciated I can offer the shinies, event or legendaries I have hopefully we can make some kind of deal if anyone is willing to trade/clone one away ^^

This is not so; everything is scripted depending on a combination of factors, such as what time it is on your DS/your trainer ID/which game you're playing/where you are in the game. By using a program on my computer, I can determine exactly what factors would need to be met in-game to, say, hatch a shiny Gothita egg with the wanted IV's/gender/ability.

RNG Abuse is not illegal in international competition, as you are not altering the game in any way. It doesn't involve an Action Replay or anything like that. You're simply taking advantage of the fact that everything in-game is scripted. As such, there is absolutely no risk to your game.

Look it up online. There are in-depth guides and explanations that are better than mine.

I attempt to avoid that by using dates in the past. I've only ever come across an encounter that needed to be in the future once. Sometimes it's unavoidable, but I seriously doubt this particular situation will lead to that.

I'll attempt for flawless, but with only a couple max stats in the parents, it might not be possible. I'll make it as good as possible if it isn't. As for your question; You can do this with just about every Pokémon, however some are impossibly difficult, or at least far beyond my skill and patience.
