it is very difficult to get any perfect pokemon, but its possible and im not asking for a legit one, i will accept a pokesav one, as long as it is LEGIT

ACCEPTING ANYTHING NO MATTER IF YOU LEGITLY CAUGHT/RNG'd FOR IT OR YOU POKESAV'd IT AS LONG AS IT IS LEGIT (no outragous things that a normal one wouldn't have)
