Wanted: A Pokemon that can defeat Clare

I am having trouble beating Clare, the 8th gym leader in Heart Gold. I'm looking for a good pokemon that knows a strong ice attack such as Ice Beam, or a strong level 50+ pokemon.

I have many things to offer.. get at me!
