welli dont have an absol but i do have a shiny feebas mild nature lvl 1 (its good for making a shiny milotic) for your shiny solrock

I could breed you one with those moves and those natures. Why those moves? They aren't very useful same applies for the natures.

those are the same moves my current Absol has, do you recomend any natures/ moves?

You should try Smogon. They're really usefull for competitive battling and helping your Pokemon reach max Potential. I'd recommend an adamant or jolly nature with Swords Dance, Night Slash, Psycho Cut and a move of your choice =)

Abosl's have a high enough Attack so Swords Dance isnt really needed, ill have a look at smogon
