IDC about the lv as long as it knows Fake out and is jolly, if it is at lv 100 then it must have max speed stats and a pretty good atk (250-350). in return i will give any pokemon in the game (legit, no pokesav), any pokeball or item also, the is for a big tourney so plz respond soon with an offer
