If you have done the event with any event Arceus, no other event Arceus will get you there again (not even if the first was TRU and the other MICHINA, or any other combination). The second visit works only with HoO Arceus.

what if you did it the other way around, doing the 1st time with a HoO's?, will Michina/TRU work the 2nd time?
