Wanted: Cleffa with Magic Guard

I'm looking for a low level cleffa with the Magic Guard ability, preferably female. In return, I'll trade a legitimately obtained shiny fateful encounter Raikou(level 47, Pressure ability. Knows Zap cannon, Aura Sphere, ExtremeSpeed, and Weather Ball).
Other things: I've never used hacks of any kind, or glitches such as cloning.
