Wanted: decent IV shinies

I'm looking for shiny pokemon with relatively decent IVs for my HG/SS team
I have 70 other shinies, a flawless ditto, and a few events
I can't check their IVs and I ca't rng or IV breed

I'm not asking for extensive breeding projects, just shinies with IVs that give them a good fighting chance in johto

I have a shiny Calm UT togepi to trade with 20+ IV's except 9-14 in speed.

I know this is a long shot, but I have a shiny level 100 porygon-z EV trained in special attack and speed, and it has 400 special attack, so its IV is 26 in it. But I really wanted a flawless ditto. I don't know if this satisfies what you're looking for, but I hope you consider it. Thank you.
