WANTED Deoxys, Jirachi, and other Legendaries

Okay, here's what I want.

*Deoxys - cannot be hacked. Can be in any form. Doesn't need to be shiny.
*Jirachi - Cannot be hacked. Doesn't need to be shiny.
*Groudon - Cannot be hacked. Doesn't need to be shiny.
*Kyogre - Cannot be hacked. Doesn't need to be shiny.
*Rayquaza - Cannot be hacked. Doesn't need to be shiny
*Ho-Oh - Cannot be hacked. Doesn't need to be shiny.
*Lugia - Cannot be hacked. Doesn't need to be shiny.

I'll try to trade you a Garchomp or a Dragonite. If I can find my old copy of Emerald, the request for Lugia will be cancelled, and Metagross will also be made available.
 
I can offer you all of these pokemon. All legit. I would like 2 Heart Scales for each. However I don't have non-Shiny versions of some of these pokemon. Shinies will have to do.
 
Deoxys - Almost any Event Deoxys is avaliable. No Shiny deoxys.
Jirachi - Lots of Event Jirachi is avaliable. No Shiny Jirachi
Groudon - One Lv70 UT Groudon is avaliable. Shiny only
Kyogre - I don't have one yet. I can get really fast though. Just have to migrate it.
Rayquaza - One Lv100 EV trained Rayquaza is avaliable. Shiny only
Ho-Oh - Event or HG Ho-Oh's are Avaliable. No Shiny Ho-Oh
Lugia - One Lv100 Lugia is avaliable. No Shiny Lugia
 
'kay, but I only have half as many heart scales as you want (only 7). Is one per pokemon okay? And is it okay if I give you Phione for some of them? My FC is 4383 2914 0005, and my character's name is KP BLUE

Here's what I'm offering...

Weavile - Lv 34, knows Faint Attack, Agility, Icy Wind, and Fury Swipes. Hasty Nature

Raticate - Lv 50, UT, knows Assurance, Super Fang, Double-Edge, and Endeavor. Docile nature

Persian - Lv 47, UT (in Platinum), knows Pay Day, Faint Attack, Screech, and Fury Swipes. Calm nature.

Tentacruel - Lv 50, knows Surf, Poison Jab, Waterfall, and Cut (yes, it was my little HM Slave). Quirky nature.

Weezing - Lv 53, knows Haze, Double Hit, Explosion, and Sludge Bomb. Naive nature.

Phione - Any Level, basic moveset, any nature, unlimited supply.

Can I ask you why you have an Unlimited supply of Phiones? I am going to assume that you are breeding them. Do you RNG? I don't need a Shiny one. I need one with good IV's.
 
I can't RNG one. Now, by "good" IV's, do you mean one that beefs up an already powerful stat, or one that helps balance out its stats by raising a lower one?
 
I have no Idea what you are talking about. Are you talking about natures?

Either way Phione has 80 Base stat all across the board. There is no already powerfull stat. If you don't either IV breed or RNG you probably wont be able to get what I am looking for. A heart scale will suffice. It is 9AM here I have been up for far too long. I am going to get a couple hours of sleep.
 
I'll offer the same pokemon, maybe with a Poison barb on the Koffing, and a star piece on the Raticate, a mystic water on one of the phione, and that's it. My FC should be further up on the page, if ya wanna trade.

Hmm not really appealing. What else can you include?
 
um, how about one of the Kanto legendaries? Pretty soon, I'll have a complete set, so I could get ya one offa the GTS.
 
I could get you a level 71 Kyogre if you
could clone it and give it back :)

Okay, guys, here's the news

Ho-Oh, Deoxys, Jirachi, and Lugia will be taken off the list of needed Pokemon.
