Wanted Ditto 40+ good for breeding

I'm not really sure what "good for breeding" entails, but I have a lv. 59 Ditto (UT other than raised in the Daycare for like 40 levels). It's origin is USA if that matters. Also it's Lonely and its stats are average (no perfect IVs)
 
I have a pretty strong one that's anywhere from level 40 to 65, its been in the daycare for a long, long time. It's Japanese, so it's great for masuda method breeding.
