If you meant nature with characteristics, I have Timid nature Darkrai with Likes to run which is for Speed. All you listed was for Sp. Attack.

The Darkrai is from ALAMOS and it's UT. Sorry but that Latias doesn't seems interesting.

I understand that IVs matter, but just because a pokemon is "Alert to sounds", that doesn't mean it has a 31 speed IV. research it.
