Wanted: Dragon Scale for Kingdra

Hi guys!
Just got Platinum on Saturday, and my friend kindly donated a lv.1 Horsea for me.
It's a lv.44 Seadra now, and I want to evolve it into a Kingdra as soon as possible.
That means I need a Dragon Scale!

I don't have much I can offer in return, but I've got stuff like coloured shards, heart scales, rare candy and such.
I just need to evolve Seadra -> Kingdra, then I can return your dragon scale to you.

I live on the east coast and at work. It might be mildly inconvenent to trade as I would be able to trade when I get home in 3 hours.

I got TM 64: Explosion, won it at the Rocket Corner last night!
I'll put it on my Seadra as I trade it over. Then you can swap the Dragon Scale onto the Seadra, and trade me my Seadra back!
