Wanted: Drain Punch/Dragon Dance Scraggy (M)

I'm looking for a male Scraggy with both Drain Punch and Dragon Dance. I'm not really bothered about the nature or IVs, though Impish/Careful one with 31 defences would be preferred for the sake of breeding.

I'm currently hatching Drilbur, so I'll probably have a few leftover Adamant ones with 31 in HP, attack and speed to trade.
Otherwise, I think I might have a few Roselia/Lotad lying about with 31 in Special Attack and Speed.
 
I can work on breeding the scraggy for you. If you do have any roselia laying around mind if I get one? :3
