WANTED: EV trained Aggron

Like uasual i forgot to mention something. I'd like it to be level 100. If you would do that then I would give you the TM and a pokemon in return :)
 
I really dont know how to EV train or i would accept your offer. Thanks a lot though. I really appreciate it
