i needd someone who knows how to ev train and can do it i want my scizor to be ev trained in attack and defense i ill pay well with shiny pokemon or a event one all are legit no one hacked

i have hoot hoot noctowl charmander charizard deoxys a mew a giratina a pichu a ditto etc. and from events i have a lot to

shaymin rotom pichu mew chansey dragonite arceus etc. xD
 
what's pichu + dragonite's natures + moves?

pichu is from event is pikachu colored pichu is shiny and its nature isjolly and dragonite is from an event to and its nature is mild and is lvl 50 and have attacks its untrained and the attack it comed with are draco meteor oturage thunderbolt and dragon dance and pichu has volt tackle
 
of course if you can do it by today pls and do you have the items? :D
