GEN VI: Wanted Female Mareep

Hi I'm looking for a female timid nature mareep that knows the egg move iron tail and either the tm move charge beam or thunderbolt. My catch is that it needs to still be in its egg form unhatched (I have my reasons xD and it is possible to do) so for anyone willing to help me out I'm more than willing to offer 2 events or 2 shinies or 1 and 1 whichever you'd prefer or are looking for.

Just to let you know, TM moves no longer pass one with breeding (unless I'm wrong and it was readded in ORAS), so it'll be impossible for it to have Charge Beam or Thunderbolt wile in egg form.
