In my defence, I was not the one who hacked them. I've recieved them from other people. And what does it matter anyway, if someone's willing to trade for them?

in my defence, hacked pokemon are really worth less than a bidoof, ask anybody.
just saving him the hassle of writing them down the next time.
but, in saying this, he did have the courtesy of stating they were hacked, when in the past I've had people offer something, and they lied about the legitamacy, like a groudon I got, caught in a cherish ball.

I'm now correcting the false information given here. Offering hacked Pokémon outside the hack center has never been disallowed as long as hacked Pokémon are marked as such.
