Wanted: Gible/Gabite/Garchomp with good IVs

As thread title says im looking for a Gible/Gabite/Garchomp with atleast 31 in Attack AND Speed.

Ideally I'd like it to have something like this:

HP: 30-31
Attack - 31
Defense - 20-25+
Special Attack - Anything
Special Defense 20-25+
Speed - 31

I have a female Garchomp to offer who has the following stats:

Attack: 146
Defense: 128
Sp. Atk: 87
Sp. Def: 95
Speed: 130

Her HP is 175 & she's currently level 50 - I'm not sure how to calculate IV things.
