I'm looking for a Froslass with high IVs in attack (Sp.Att if its not too much as well) and speed, and preferably good in the others as well. I would also like it to be timid or a good nature.

I can offer shinies, masterballs, certain items, just request.
 
Any good froslass is ok really...Just has to be pretty gud..
