Wanted: Help transferring from Pearl to HG

I need to transfer four Pokemon from my Pearl cart to my HG cart. If anyone could lend a hand I would really appreciate it. I you need help transferring over your own Pokes then I'm happy to lend a hand if you are :)

My FCs are
Pearl: 2751 0183 3655
HeartGold: 5285 3767 6750
