Wanted: HG/SS Move Tutor

ZOMG A MOD'S ASKING FOR SOMETHING!

Yes, after (just) discovering this little subforum (you'd think I would've known it had existed seeing as I'm modding it), I just finished breeding a 30/x/31/21/31/31 Chansey (yeah yeah SpA's kinda meh but it doesn't harm anything). The thing is, I bred it with Ditto, not Skitty/Delcatty or Budew/Roselia/Roserade. That means no Heal Bell or Aromatherapy. What I need is for someone who has completed HG/SS to tutor Heal Bell onto this Chansey. In return, they are welcome to a Calm Aftermath shiny Drifloon bred by yours truly.
 
It doesn't appear that anyone on these forums has HG/SS. My "WANTED - HG/SS Egg Move Pokémon" topic isn't getting me any results either.
 
Why did you even need to make this? I told you on IRC that I had HeartGold. >_>
