Wanted: HP Fire Gengar

Hey guys. I'm thinking of using a Gengar with HP Fire on my next team, but for that, I'll need a Gengar with 31 IVs in HP, Defense and Special Defense, and 30 IVs in Attack, Special Attack and Speed. Also, it's quite important that it'll be Timid-natured.

Is anyone offering one?
