WANTED: Impish Hippopotas with Slack Off

Title says it all. Preferably, I would like it to have decent (27 or above) IVs in HP, Attack, and Defense. Curse or Stockpile are also a plus, but the main move I'm interested in is Slack Off.

Off the top of my head, the Ralts has good IVs in Attack and Speed, while the Mudkip are IV bred for Special Defense and have Curse (most are Careful natured). I'll give you specifics in a VM in a couple minutes.
