wanted: impish uxie

I really want an impish uxie, but it must have 31IV speed!
I know this is quite a long shot so, I'm offering these pokemon:
moltres
articuno
zapdos(I may possibly let you have my timid one, has 31IV HP)
heatran(modest!!)
shiny geodude ut.
I may offer my other shiny pokes, for the right uxie. edit: If you can clone(meaning I want these pokemon back and you get to keep one), you can have any 3 of these pokemon: shiny jolly scyther with baton pass, shiny smeargle, shiny clampearl, shiny impish eevee with wish, shiny phione, shiny ponyta with hypnosis. all my pokemon are legit.

IV bred belly drum charmanders-come with any nature you want, with-HP30,ATK31,SPe31(perfect stats for belly drumming)
alternatively, I am getting a perfect ditto off pikmin, so I may be able to breed a pokemon of your choice, with good IV's and egg moves.
(these may take a while)

I'm quite desperate, so I'll probably gift you items as well

My Impish Uxie does not have 31 Speed.

It's pretty likely. They get near flawless/flawless legends with RNG Abuse and someone has probably done an Impish Uxie...

No idea, I have never traded there. If you do offer things there I would recommend being sure to post all their IVs and necessary information.

You could also ask some of the people on here who RNG if they have an Uxie available. SSJ4Muhammad, Lycopene, Snowsni, njb013, and Ryekew all RNG abuse in some capacity.

While I myself haven't RNG'd for a Uxie (haven't had the need/want to), I can probably find someone who has... needless to say a flawless IV Uxie isn't cheap necessarily.

But... tell me what you want the IVs to be, besides just the speed.
