wanted- IVs help

I caught a shiny non-chained marill and Whenever I use an IV calculator I end up getting ranges of numbers for everything. I'm using RNG reporter 7.10.

how do you do an iv battle?
this marill is up for offer -_-.
but if you want others i've got all fossils, all eeveelutions, smeargle, kanto starters, shiny mystery mew(cloned i think) tyrogue, and some others.
