Wanted: Jirachi Transfer

I have the Gamestop Jirachi, but it's on my copy of Pearl. I'd like to transfer it to HeartGold so I can open up a new Pokewalker route. So here's what I'd like to have done:

1. You trade me a random Pokemon for Jirachi on my copy of Pearl.
2. I switch to HeartGold, and you trade me Jirachi for something good! I have Volt Tackle Pichus in a variety of natures, some Totodiles and Chikoritas, a couple of Dratini with Extremespeed, and a Chimchar with Flamethrower.

You get something good AND if you have HG or SS you get the new Pokewalker route too! Win-win!
