Don't have much to offer but I can give a level 1 untouched Charmander + a level 1 untouched Bulbasaur that knows Bullet Seed and Solar Beam?
 
Deal! what level(i have lapras from anywhere from 17 to 46) do you want, and do you want it to have water absorb or shell armor. all of my lapras are UT.
