wanted - legit celebi

I am in need of a legit celebi. i dont care if its been cloned, but it needs to say arrived from hoenn or kanto, and not say fateful encounter. if either of these two conditions are not correct, sorry to say, your celebi isnt legit.

I can offer a couple different shinies, ralts and spinda, and all the starters and almost every legendary. just let me know and ill see what i can do.
