I am looking for a female Lucario so I can breed Riolu on my Pearl version. I can offer just about anything for it, just PM me with its level, moves, and your Friend Code. Then I will reply saying reasonable offer(s) for it. If you accept, we can arrange a time for the trade.
 
ive not got a lucario but ive got a legit ut lvl 1 riolu. i could evolve it but i couldnt do this till tuesday. id be interested in anything with nice IVs
 
Sorry, I don't know anything about IVs and all of the IV calculators that I've found need you to put in the EVs which I don't know either.
