As the thread name would suggest, I am searching for a Chimchar at level 1. The only requirement I have is that it not be hacked. My offer depends on what whoever has the Chimchar wants. Please respond as quickly as possible.
 
I have 2 eggs that I am hatching. Do you have any lv. 1 starters?
