Wanted: Level 60+ Weavile

Looking to finish up my Sinnoh Pokedex, so I can test an Emerald cart in Pal Park, so I'm looking to get through the Elite Four without having to train another Pokemon right now.

If anyone could give/loan me a level 60+ Weavile with some good Ice and/or Fight moves I'd be thankful. I can trade anything that's catchable pre-E4 in Platinum, except for Legendaries.

If anyone can help me out I'd be grateful!
