I can offer ANY starter from all 4 Gens, rares such as Sableye, Mawile, Beldum, Spiritomb, Munchlax, Mime Jr., Wynaut, etc. I have many other Pokes though, anything that can breed, I have for you. I'm doing this for my PokeDex, so Natures and Lv.'s don't matter to me at this time. I do have a handful of legit shinies, but I would need something of equal value =/
