Wanted: Low-Level Houndour

Hello everyone, I have been looking for a Houndour in HeartGold, but after reading Bulbapedia, realized that you cannot obtain one until much farther in the game than I am (currently @ Ecruteak City).

If anyone has one that was just caught or is willing to catch one for me (I think they are around Celeadon City and @ Lvl. 13) I would sincerely appreciate it. Also, no nickname please.
