WANTED: Male Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff knowing Disable and Rollout

Hiya, folks.

I'm thinking about starting another breeding project for my shop and it requires what the thread's title contains, a male Jigglypuff knowing Disable and Rollout, something that I am having very little success with.

As for collateral, please look at my shop (second link in the signature) to see if there's anything you'd want.

i have a wigglytuff with disable and rollout, not sure what i want though

wait nevermind its female, i can breed you a male one though
 
Well, since it will be born an Igglybuff, will it be too much hassle to evolve it into a Jigglypuff? I would do it myself, but I've had like no time recently. /:
