It would depend. I was lucky enough to land a few pokes with maximum IVs in certain stats as well as several of those Power items (Attack, Sp.Attack, Speed), but it was never something I've gone out of my way to do. Still, I'd like to hear your request.

I want a Cacnea with Sand veil, Adamant, 31 ivs in attack and knowing seed bomb. Since I can't play a gen 4 game, I can't get one with seed bomb. Just a question but is it possible to breed Seed bomb in gen 5?

I do have a Volcarona with 31 IVs in attack, so with a little chain breeding, it will be possible to give your Cacnea the 31 IVs. Seed Bomb can be passed onto Cacnea as an egg move according to Bulbapedia. Any particular nature?

I will be away from home for some time today, so the trade will have to be done later tonight.

sorry, I have decided to ditch the Cacnea plan. However, I do want something which is actually easier to get. Get me a male larvitar knowing stealth rock. Its easy to get one in soulsilver. I'll do the iv breeding part myself.
