GEN VI: Wanted: Moxie Gyarados, or Gyarados Friend Safari

i'm looking for a gyarados with its hidden ability. I have several 5 IV pokemon to offer included gasty, charmander, magikarp, and several others (for egg group breeding).

If no one has it, i'd be interested in adding someone with gyarados in his friend safari that has already completed the game, so i can catch one myself.
