i'm looking for a scyther with a metal coat or just a scizor, low level- 20s. and im looking for an electivire, lowish level also!

offering level 70 Giratina and Rhydon with Protector aka you get a Rhyperior!
 
I'll give u a scizor holding a masterball for the giratina...if taken,then I'll just take the rhyperior
