I believe it's untouched (I can double-check)but it no longer has its held item. I think it was a berry.

I dont mind that it doesnt have its held item anymore.
 
I will trade you the Ranch Pachirisu and Wailmer still holding the original held items for the 10ANNIV Latias and Latios.

EDIT: I would also be willing to trade the Shroomish, Ponyta and Eevee for the 10ANNIV Suicune, Entei and Raikou.
