Just like the title says. I want a male Pokemon that knows Sky Attack and can breed with a Female Gliscor that.
I'll trade Bulbasaur, Torchic that knows Fire Blast or a Vulpix that knows Energy Ball & Flare Blitz for it.

Because Gen I is not compatible with Gen IV. That's why.

The Generation I (RBY) games are incompatible with the Generation IV (DPPt) games (too complicated to explain but realize that one is on GameBoy and one is on DS and they can't connect). You can get only get Sky Attack via move tutor in Gale of Darkness and HGSS or breeding.

O.k., hold up, hold up, can Generation 1 connect to Generation 2 or 3? 'Cause if they can, you can trade a Pokemon from Gen. 1 to 2, and then migrate the Pokemon that's holding the TM Sky Attack using Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, will the Pokemon still hold the TM or not?

Gen I and II are NOT compatible with Gen III. Period. End of story. There is no way for you to get Sky Attack as a TM.

It sucks thought that a person can't get Sky Attack TM on Diamond/Pearl/Platinum -.-

You do realize that Sky Attack is a HG/SS Tutor Move for Gliscor, right? You can't get Sky Attack by breeding.

Sky Attack isn't a TM or egg move for Gliscor in Gen IV; I think that means you have to use the move tutor to give it the move, you can't breed it onto it. (Though I could be mistaken). So, you'll need someone with HG/SS who can take you Gliscor, teach it the move and trade it back...

And you'd probably have to trade them something really good to get them to do that, since the Move Tutors in HG/SS take Battle Points from the Battle Frontier instead of Shards, so they're much harder to get.

Gliscor doesn't even need Sky Attack. You're better off with a moveset such as:

Swords Dance
Earthquake
X-Scissor
Stone Edge

Yeah, yeah, I already know someone that HG/SS. But the thing is that I need to trust the person with my Gliscor 'cause it's at level 69 and it's one of my top main Pokemon...

Well I'll try to breed a Pokemon that knows Sky Attack with my female Gliscor anyway to test it out....

It won't work. Move-Tutor-only moves cannot be bred.

In all seriousness, I doubt your Gliscor is good enough for anyone to want to steal it. Sky Attack is a pointless move. Gliscor has so many good moves, try some of these instead: Taunt, Roost, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, U-Turn, Baton Pass, Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Aerial Ace, X-Scissor, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang...

Hey bub, my Gliscor IS good enough. If you have a battle with me you'll see HOW good it is -.-

And what kind of a Pokemon Trainer are you? Saying that a Pokemon isn't good enough, it doesn't sound like you are a real and true Pokemon Trainer at heart.... Ash will be very dissapointed in you :p
