Looking for relatively high levelled pokemon with the pick up ability. I don't care if they are legit or hacked. If you are in need of something specific, just ask.

I just finished checking my boxes and i do not have a pokemon with that high o a level with pick up, sorry.
 
You have HG, so why don't you just go ti victory road and catch donphan till you get one that has Pick Up.
 
Donphan doesn't have it, only Phanpy.

I think I can find Phanpy at Mt. Silver but I've never seen one there, so they must be sort of rare. I'm trying to catch linoones in the safari zone but they tend to flee :/

There's a 10% chance of seeing a Phanpy on land in Mt Silver. The lowest level I've seen there is 43
