Wanted: pokemon with synchronize

What i want: a pokemon with synchronize and an adamant nature. I need to get the red gyarados with an adamant nature, so thats why i need one.

i am willing to trade these pokemon: pikachu, koffing, pinsir, sunkern, sandshrew. Sorry if it's a bad offer i'm not that far in-game.
