I really need a Power Anklet so I can pass down the Speed stat of the Pokemon I'm breeding, and an Electrike.

I'm willing to give you a IV 31 Pawniard in verise stats, Psycho Cut Pawniard, Dark Pulse Deino, among other Pokemon.
