ah just realised the fc in my signature is out of date. i have a new 3ds xl, i've updated the one in my profile, just not my signature

i think the problem was my end, i had the same trouble with someone prior. it eventually gave an error and then it worked.
thanks for the regice, finally completed my Black 2 national dex
