I have no clue how to RNG for shinies, but I REALLY want a shiny Umbreon, with Wish and Yawn, and good IVs.
What I want is a shiny Eevee, Careful with 31/x/25-31/x/31/x IVs. You won't be starting from a blank slate, though, as I have a male Eevee with Wish and Yawn, and a 31HP and 31SpD IV.
If you think you can do this, reply, preferably with a link to your shop or a reference. I would prefer if you know how to RNG for IVs, but if you have a flawless Ditto and can promise the right nature and IVs to be delivered, regular RNG is okay too.
For payment, I have several event pokemon, and TMs. I don't feel like listing them all. If there's something specific you're looking for, just ask!
