I really need a razor claw or scope lens. I dont have many pokemon or items on this game, but I'll try to give you what you want. Just give the item to any pokemon you dont want.
I do have some of the legendaries of Soulsilver.
Cyndaquil- lax- tackle,leer,flamethrower,dig- 0 EV's.
Beldum- careful- take down,zen headbutt,iron head,iron defense- 0 EV's.
Metagross- hasty- Meteor Mash,Bullet Punch,Zen headbutt,Magnet Rise.
Kadabra- modest- teleport,confusion (Will turn into Alakazam).

I also have a Shiny Spiritomb if you are willing to trade something good.
Spiritomb- careful- Dark Pulse,Psychic,Sucker Punch,Hyper Beam- Shiny

All legit except maybe for Spiritomb
