Argg. Isn't serebii being a bitch.
I would consider them excellent IVs. For a nuetral, the LV 1 stats are 12, 7, 7, 7, 7, 5. (Not the IVs, but the stats themselves.
 
it was worth a tri.... i do have a shiny metagross i will trade.
