try to win a contest on the site, thats your best bet
i won one and just got him 3 days ago
just look in the Offering Station, all i did was follow the rules of the post and then i was picked out of 50-etc people
now he is a shiny charizard, lv 41, bold, with shadow claw, flamethrower,rockslide,and wing attack
not trying to boast, just trying to motivate you to try harder to fine one!
if you prize him that much, im sure others do too and are not willing to give it away for a normal legendary
