I can give you pokerus for it, or a sinnoh starter, or a choice from a good amount of sinnoh pokemon.

Well, i would get you one, but: 1) they are not exactly common, as they cannot be masuda'd.
2) chaning them is almost impossable
3) i think you want one to help breed a shiny pokemon from it, but breeding a pokemon from a shiny does not at all effect the chance of getting a shiny from them.
I may be wrong, but if thats what you wanted one for, you should look for a Foregehn one, as any pokemon from a different launguadge country increases the odds of finding a shiny from 1/8000 something to 1/2000 something, so it essentialy quadruples the chances.
of course, i could be wrong.
