Wanted: Shiny Eevee

I would really like a shiny eevee so i can evolve it into a badass shiny umbreon. If i have the choice, it would be cool if it had a nature that boosted defense or special defense. I don't care if it is hacked. I was hoping to get it on SoulSilver.
